Jim Roberts has led the women's softball program for the past seven seasons. During this time, he has totaled a 120-81 record as the field general for the Wolfpack. During the 2008 season, he guided his team to their third consecutive trip to the NJCAA D III World Series. Among Robert's victories are, one Western Pennsylvania Collegiate Conference Championship (WPCC), Pennsylvania Collegiate Athletic Association (PCAA), and two NJCAA Region XX Division III Softball Championship.

Roberts has over 16 years of coaching the elite Summer League Fast Pitch Travel Programs in the county.

Jim is currently employed at Westinghouse and he resides in Irwin with his wife Terri and two daughters, Victoria and Julia.
